Our Team

Preconstruction estimating and cost planning are our specialty. This is all we do. Every

Estimating & Preconstruction, Inc. estimator and consultant has at least 10 years of experience.

We offer expertise in all disciplines, such as mechanical, electrical and plumbing, civil,

structural, and architectural; and specialty estimators who focus on specific sector needs. That’s because many projects require a specialist.

Our Resources

In addition to providing the knowledge and real-world experience to support your construction project, we use multiple estimating and preconstruction software packages, multiple cost sources with historical data, and building information management (BIM) models. We also have the resources and relationships to find the right contractors and vendors from more than 1 million that operate across the country.
